Aaron's legal experience is based primarily in trial work and general civil
litigation. Aaron has represented individuals, businesses and their
employees, governmental entities, and insurance companies in civil
litigation across Tennessee.
Aaron's areas of practice include personal injury, civil rights, workers'
compensation, professional malpractice, business litigation, and appellate
work.
Aaron received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, cum laude, from the
University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville. He received a
Bachelor of Arts with Honors in political science and religious studies from
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
After graduating from law school, Aaron served as a Judicial Clerk to the
former Chief Justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Since then, Aaron
has represented clients in numerous cases before the Tennessee appellate
courts and in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
